Headers and Footers

I copied another word document into my document and the headers are sort of
shaking! Does anyone know why?
 
It sounds like you've got a shimmer or other text effect.

Select either the text, or the style and ..

.. under Format > Font > Text Effects (tab), Select (none) and press OK.
 
This can happen if the header is in a table set to 100% width and some pages
(such as landscape ones) have different margins; Word seems to be
continually adjusting the table width to get it right.
