Header/Footer Font Size

I know that you can change what is displayed in the header
and footer when printing from Internet Explorer via File >
Page Setup. However, is there a way of changing the
printed font size of the header or footer - is there some
sort of '&' command that will do this?

I appreciate any assistance that you can provide.
