HDPTIMER.EXE

I get en error message at startup every time saying there
is a problem with HDPTIMER.EXE I sent the report a
million times, searched the microsoft website and can't
find any info on this at all. What the heck is it and how
do I get rid of it?

That's another suspicious looking file, although I did find the following - from 4 years ago:
