I have configured my Windows Explorer to shows all files (hidden and systems) to check the free space
Looking the free space by drive "c:" by choosing properties (11GB) comparing with selecting all files in drive "c:" (note that I had already configured to show all files), by selecting properties (8,5GB), the system indicates 2GB of differences between both methods. Why should this occurs?

Hi EC,

Do you have 'Hide protected operating system files' unchecked? If not, you
aren't seeing all files and folders. Also, have you done a disk cleanup and
emptied your recycle bin?
