Having trouble with the search engine of Windows!

We all know the search-option of windows... I've got Windows XP and wanted to
search for a file. So I moved to "start" and selected... and so on...

Now ... when I'm in the search engine, I type in my filename and click on
the search-button. But nothing happens... nothing... I click again and again
and again... but -hell- nothing happens! How could I solve this problem?

Execuse me for my English, I'm from Germany (so ... german ^^) ...
