Having trouble using Article 938810

I am trying to utilize the recomendation in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938810.
however I am not finding the security tab where they say it should be
therefore I cannot get to where I need to change the string value. Any
suggestions?

I can't find this on my computers either. Might be better off asking in a
Windows group. Be certain you go to the correct Windows newsgroup.

I can find security in the Office Software but not in the Software policies.
