Having some Unusual Downloading Problem

I start Downloading Any file from the Internet and one comes to mind is
FlighsimX demo wich i Would like to TEST. I downloads the file no problem and
i c it in the directory in wich it is Assignd to. After the download is
compleat the file is no longer availabel and the total space on the hard
drive is unalterd in other words it is no longer on my hard drive any advice
could this be a security setting or a virus i am runing winxp64bitpro thanks
in advance!
 
You're Security settings or firewall stopped it from downloading
due to malware/spyware or loaded with Spam. Be careful of
Demos for they are notorious for being full of Spam.
