Having problems installing 2 devices.

Recently I had to do a clean install of Windows XP Home. After everything had
been installed I had two devices that was configured incorrectly. (after a
week I'm still having problems.
One device is "NET". Here is some info I got from Device Manager:

Device not configured correctly (Code 1).
Device ID: Root\NET\0000
Driver files: C:\windows\system32\DRIVERS\wanatw4.sys

Device #2:
Device not configured correctly (Code 1).
Device ID: ACPI\WEC0515\4&268D196D&0
IRQ: 05
I/O Range: 240-247

When I boot up my PC XP tries to install both devices everytime. But it can
never find what is needed.

At the same time I'm having problems with AOL 9.0 SE. I can sign on to AOL
but when I sign off and try to sign back on I get error messages. It always
says "...could not get a connection to AOL" then an error message. So far
I've gotten error messages: 65-STOE, 72-MCLL, 46-NPQE, 37-PSJL, 33-LBWA,
63-AYCX, and 25-TGIJ.

Please help!!!!
What is going on?

Both problems are related to your AOL software.
1) "wanatw4.dll" is an AOL file. I suspect NET is a virtual device created
by their software.
2) More AOL stuff.
You need to contact AOL tech support about this.

This may or may not be related to AOL. ACPI has to do with the power
management features on your system. This could be a separate problem or it
is side effect of the AOL problem.

Personally, I would try to reset the system minus all AOL stuff. Test
functionality. Then add AOL to see what happens.
