Haven't received SP2 update

Newbie Using WindowsXP.
I'm wondering why I have not received an automatic update for SP2. Automatic
update is enabled.
Prior to having changed ISP's (from a dial-up account to a DSL connection) I
always received updates. Would having a new ISP and a new e-mail address
change my ability to receive automatic updates? Thank you.
