Have to exit Outlook after printing a mail

On my office computer I go in to Outlook Express - to
check E mails.
I might have several E mails which I want to print out
I print the first one which is fine - but when I go to
print another one up comes a small box with a yellow
triangle in which is an exclamation mark. Underneath it
says "OK" - but press "OK" and nothing happens.
This box comes up whether I press the printer icon,
or "file" & "print"
So to print the next E mail I have to exit Outlook
Express and then go back in again --- and so on and so on.
Which if there's a dozen or so that need printing off all
gets a tad tedious.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
