Have processor need help finding main board

I have an AMD A1400AMS3C processor, I have everything else needed
for the system except a motherboard. What I need in the way of a
motherboard, at least 3 or 4 PCI slots. On board network and sound
would OK, on board video is not needed. So after spending a lot of
time looking for a motherboard and just getting more and more confused
can someone please tell me of a reliable not to expensive motherboard
that will work with this processor or an easy way to find the
motherboard I need. This is for a backup office application and speed
and power are not a concern, it just needs to drive a couple of video
cards for a multi monitor setup.
Thanks for any and all help.

You seem to have a cpu that will be using a 462 socket and running at (133 X
2) =266 mhz bus speed.
I took a look at newegg and they had 3 mb's, two of which I was slightly
uncomfortable recommending (ECS, and PC Chips, and both about $40), and the
3rd, Jetway, which I was unfamiliar. Besides that, the board ran $140, which
I don't consider cheap. If you can find a mb from Biostar (ie M7NCD) or
something from MSI that would probably fill your needs.

Moe,

You're going to have a bit of a tough time finding a Socket A board these
days.

Thanks for the replies,
As usual, for just a few dollars more I can get a
motherboard/processor combination with a lot newer processor. I don't
even know if the processor is any good, my son took it out of a computer
and it's been laying around while I waited for a motherboard to show up,
I guess it can wait around some more.
I do really appreciate the help from everyone.
