Have my XP CD key, but not sure which CD it goes to

I have three machines, each of which has the Windows XP CD Key sticker
attached. Problem is, I have many copies of XP (OEM, and some are
recovery CDs). Doesn't each CD require a specific key code? I don't
think any of the CDs I have were used to load these three machines.
Any suggestions?

Magic Jelly Bean won't necessarily help him with his problem. If his
system was supplied with XP preinstalled, then Magic Jelly Bean will
return the key of the program that was used to clone the drive at the
manufacturer's site and not the key for the recovery CD supplied with
the system. I have two identical Compaq laptops and they both return
the same key, although the stickers on the bottom of the laptops show
different keys... both of which are different than the key reported by
Magic Jellybean.

BTW, it would have been much easier for me to include the OP's
