have mails sent to multiple email ids

Well I am trying to send my mails such that the replier sends them to
two different ids when he replies. I found that this can be achieved
when the mails are sent individually, i.e. by modifying the email
options tab, for each mail. However is there any way such that I can
do the same for all the emails I send off?

you can make a rule in outlook that anything with subject starting with RE:
be sent to the other address. This will probably pick up more than just
replies to your original emails, but an email can only have one "reply to"
address.
