Have given up. Is there some program that I can buy to fix things?

Have been trying without success to get a VPN going and am at the end of my
patience and/or competency.

Is there some program that I can buy that will troubleshoot everything and
tell me what to fix?

Thank you for the suggestion, Jack.

It looks like the Sentinel program is no longer available but I have
downloaded what appears to be its replacement and will try that.
