Has the chord for flip3d changed?

seems like you have to keep the win key pressed for it to work. (RC1)
 
I do keep it pressed. No good. Oh, and my display is WDDM compliant, and
aero is working
 
open apple - tab works for me as of pre-rc1 x86.. cough.. open window?-tab
