Hardware requirements

Having spent an hour searching MS's innumerable Web sites,
I've given up. Can anyone tell me the hardware
requirements for the IE6?
Conversely, when reinstalling on a Pentium 90 (72 MB RAM)
is it worth using IE6, or am I safer using IE5.5?
