after changing my mother board,and using the same hard
drive,windows xp will not load or start up. Can anyone
help?

Windows XP requires a new installation to recognise a new
motherboard. You will need to reinstall or install the old
motherboad to use your computer again.
 
If it's not the exact same board as the one you replaced, you need to do a reinstall of XP.
