hard drive searches

Hi, how do I check to see what searches have been done on my hard drive?
 
Could you provide a little more information:

Local searches or remote searches?
Searching for files or open ports or something else?

Hi, I have been told that it is possible to check on the computer, what
searches have been done on it by others who have accounts on my computer.
Would it require a special program and if so what, please?
