Hard drive partition question

Why does my 120 gig hard drive show 68 meg used when I did nothing to it
other than format it NTFS?
Also, what should the file cluster size be? 4K?
I just want to be sure that my drive is ok before loading stuff on it. I
ran a chkdsk and other drive software on it and it shows no errors.

The drive should have 4k clusters and should format as
120GB. Has your BIOS on your motherboard recognized the
drive correctly?
