Hard Drive and Files are Turning Blue

Well, when I have been going into Windows Explorer, I
notice that many files on :C have been turning blue... I
don't know why...!... Thank you !

If I recall correctly, that indicates that the file or folder has been
compressed. I believe it is an option which you can
turn on and off. Take a look at the properites page of your hard drive.
On the General tab there is a check box
which says "Compress drive to save space". Do you have that checked?
