There was a little free tool, that worked in the background keeping track
of files written in the hardrive and where, I dont remember the name.....

Does anyone knows this utility, and where to get it.

I was thinking about it, I dont have it, so I guess the one I used to have
was too old and dint work on the new Os......

I have SW called CleanSweep that I have not used in years but I believe
this is what you want. If I remember it monitors files written and
downloaded and cleans many unwanted bulk.
