I have a partitioned 80 GB sony, all my room is on the D
drive and all my programs are on the c drive, leaving
little room, I have 59.5 gb free space on the d, how can
I put those on the d drive from the c drive? Thanks,

The safest and most trouble free method would be to uninstall from C and
install on D.

Third party software that can do non destructive re-sizing is the only
way without destroying data.

Better to move data from the C drive, especially My Documents; My
Videos, and so on.

Open a My Computer window in
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\
to show My Documents
and another on D:

Then with the *right* mouse button down, drag the folder across and take
*Move* here on release.

Also move Outlook Express's data store - in OE, Tools - Options -
Maintenance click Store folder and you can move it over

And Temporary Internet files - in Control Panel - Internet Options,
click on its Settings button and Move folder. While doing so you can
usefully reduce the space allowed to it - 50 MB should be plenty

You can use Partition Magic to resize C: and D: to make more room on
C: than D:
