Hangups and Crashes -- Win XP

I submitted previously on this matter and was requested to
furnish an error number. None of the screens that cropped
up had such. In one crash, all I got was:"A device driver
installed on your system caused the problem, but we cannot
determine the precise cause." I have checked all my
device drivers, removed programs that could be conflicting
and I still get the same problem. I have downloaded new
device drivers from MS and other companies.

I also receive another error message that crashes the
computer. Again no apparent error number. The text reads
essentially the following:

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut
down to prevent damage to your computer.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

0X0000000A(0X0C000A0C, 0X000000FF, 0X00000000, 0X805239F6)
Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical Memory Dump Completed.

Any suggestions???

Its a possible virus download the latest virus protection
and scan your computer, also download microsofts latest
security and virus protection programs and run those too.

I had same thing.

Wonder where the virus is coming from?

Guess I will stay away from here.
