Hanging Shut Down

When I attempt to shut down my PC Windows hangs up for a
matter of minutes and then decides to actually "SHUT DOWN."
If anyone has any info please share. I checked the RAM
speed already, not the problem. Thx...

One reaon could be one of the process fialed to stop. You will need to
troubleshoot it by stopping one process at a time and shut it down, until
you find the culprit. The first one you can try is the spooler service.
