Hang after disconnect from internet

I'm using XPpro SP2 and dailup internet connection.
After several times using internet,
i realize that my computer stop responding after disconnect the dailup. The
computer become slow, even i the cursor move slowly.

I check the task manager, the processes winlogon.exe taking overall process
and make my computer hang.

Hi,

How many processes of iexplorer.exe are listed? Win.logon.exe generally
runs at 636k. Run this combo in the meantime:

Run Ad-Aware SE, Spybot, CWShredder and HijackThis:

Note: Update the first two programs, once installed, before running.
