Handy Bits Voice Mail

Trying to listen to some voice mail, using Real One, but
get message saying....couldn't open 'voicemail.wav'
because an unsupported format was encountered. What does
this mean and what can I do about it? Many thanks.

Can you listen to the message using any other player on your machine? Is it
just this one message, or all .wav files?

What do you think it means??? Read the words aloud and maybe they will make
sense.

the programme couldn't open "voicemail.wav" because the format is "NOT
SUPPORTED"

You need to get real player to play .wav files. What's wrong with media
player???
