I have a HP iPAQ h1910 Pocket PC and it's connected to my
CPU by a USB cable. However, I find that half the time,
even though it is connected, Windows fail to detect it.
I've checked the connections physically and it's ok. I
reconnect it several times and even tried to activate
from within the software but to no avail. Even
reinstalled but the same problems turned up!!

Please help.

Try a different usb cable. If that doesn't solve things, try a different
usb port on the computer. If that doesn't help, then please post back.

What is the reinstall ? I hope not your Windows !!
Have you installed Actieve Sync? That is what you need from Microsoft for
the communication between your pc & pocket pc.

hope it helps.
