This message is given if XP cannot mount the volume
(drive). The second parameter 0xc00000032 indicates a
problem with the file system. What you need to do is boot
from the cd, and then enter recovery console by hitting R
when prompted. When it asks you which windows
installation do you want to log onto usually you type in
1 and hit enter. Then enter your adminstrator password.
If you did not supply an admin password then try it
blank. Once you get to a C:\windows prompt (It might just
skip everything after hitting R and go to a C:\> prompt).
Once in there type chkdsk /r and hit enter. Let it do its
thing. It may take a while to complete. Once it is
complete type exit and hit enter. You should be able to
boot up now.
