T
ticked off at microsoft
it took me ages to find out why my Halo wouldnt run and
windows would just tell me there was a direct3d error.
and it was all because i was running my refresh fix.only
by dissableing it could i get the game to run. if only
microsoft could fix there XP refresh rate problem.
Every time i want to play halo i have to restore my
default refresh settings, and then turn it back on when i
want to play something like homeworld 2 or Grand theft
auto vice city, for me this is a pain in the arse. im sure
there are people out there who dont even relise that there
games are running at 60hz. its only a matter of time
before someone takes microsoft to court over health and
safty issues saying that windows xp has damaged there
eyesite. just a pointer, i never have any issues with
refresh rate when i use 98se so why do i have them with XP
come on lads this is the 21st century i paid enough for my
xp so sort it out
