a homework problem. Perhaps you could rephrase your question for a more
specific problem that deals with e-business transactions.

Again, if you are this un-specific nobody can help you for sure.
To get some ideas use the templates on the website I posted. Write down all
the functionalities you want to build and try building them. If you need help
with specific problems I'm sure someone wants to help you with it here.
