Half-Life2 and Joystick

How can I get my Thrustmaster Top Gun Fox2 USB joy stick to work with HL2?
I can get it to move around but the attack buttons will not work.

Hi titus12,

You might need to configure your joystick buttons using the HL2
controller configuration setup. If you still have problems with the
firing button in the game, test the controller in the Control Panel >
Game Controllers applet. Lastly try manually configuring it using
the software available directly from the good folks at Thurstmaster:
