As you have replaced the most major piece of hardware in your system you
will, of course, likely have problems. Boot up from the Windows XP CD and
perform a "repair" install. Then go to the Windows Update web site and
reload all current updates.

booting from the XP CD - OR performing an upgrade from within Windows. (-:
