had a axident at work but there was now witnesses as it was early in the
morningnow my solister is tellingme that thy cannot ishow court prociding as
it is my word against thers and no juge would take my word apart from the
medical that i whent for

You have my sympathy; but why are you posting this complaint in a
technical support newsgroup for Microsoft Access databases?
