H.P. Instant Support message doesn't work

When I try to send request help message to H.P. The
message is put into the "MY messages "folder with the
message "no internet connection detected" when I am
connected. Hope you can help me
 
Set the mail to share a connection with the browser.

Outlook Express, tools menu, Options, accounts, highlight account,
Properties, Connection tab, uncheck box.

I believe this program requires a version of backweb
to be running. Look in the task list to see if that is the
case. I have two version BackWeb-137903.exe
and backWeb-7288971.exe and I think the latter
is associated with the hp help center. If not
running, might you have denied the program access to
the internet, such as in Zone Alarm.
