Lost H.P. center menu bar

I some how lost my H.P. Center menu bar, I downloaded spybot about the
time I lost the menu bar I ran a scan on spybot and may have checked a
item I shoudn't have, so I went back and did a recovery which didn't
help, When I click on the H.P. Center icon I get a popup (Runner error)
Invalid Backweb application id "137903" What ever that means, I have
done a restore back before I downloaded spybot, that didn't help. I sure
would like to be able to get back the H.P. Center menu bar. I am running
windows XP Msn 8.5 .
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated..

Did you do a system recovery or the recovery in spybot to
undo what it removed?
