I need to locate the "Guillemet characters" in Word to insert in my Word
Document to do a Form Letter for a Mail Merge. I have reviewed the characters
and symbols and I cannot locate them

You don't insert them as symbols or characters. Word automatically
places them when you insert a merge field. See
