GUI Inteface for SC

Is there a GUI version of SC.exe?

I am looking for a good way to change the "descriptions" of the running
services.

Go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
and change the names in the registry. then reboot the computer
