Group Policy

I had created one domain controller(Windows 2000 Server), in this
created users
But when I logon with this user to (Windows 2000 Professional) & with
domain controller.

After login in this domain through client I have no permission of
sharing at Windows 2000 Professional.

How can I set the group policy ??
