Group Policy will not apply

I have been trying to get GP to apply to my terminal servers. I have
followed the document http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=260370. I have a
Windows 2003 Domain controller but Windows 2000 terminal servers. I have a
OU created for the terminal servers, the loopback feature is on, and the
computer account is in the security for the GP. What am I missing?

Is User Config enabled on this GPO?

Do the computer accounts have apply permissions to this GPO?

Are they actually in scope?

Are you seeing any warnings and/ or errors in the application event logs
from userenv and/ or scecli?

I got it figured out. Either the policy didn't apply right away (even though
I told it to force apply) or there was something with the current users
tsprofiles. I soon as I logged in with a test user that did not have a
current tsprofile it worked fine.

Glad to hear everything's OK.

Remember that unless you specify otherwise, all GPO edits are done on the
PDCe. This change then has to replicate to other DCs (particularly your
logon server) before these settings will apply. Forcing policy application
won't work in this instance as the new changes aren't there yet -so the CSEs
won't process anything.
