Screen saver exeutable name text is not applying

Hello

I have applied a GP on OU, GP has to execute a custom screen saver marquee
text. The policy is applied and the user's are not getting the text which i
have specified.

I have run the secedit /refreshpolicy and gpupdate /force.

But nothing turn to positive.

Can any one help me where i am doing mistake...?

Try loading the Group Policy Management Console and see what is applied.
The policy only applies to those accounts which are a part of the ou or
sub-ou if inheritance is allowed. If you are applying the policy where the
machines reside then you will need to use Loopback processing.
