Group Policy - User Folder Redirection

I cannot find the Folder Redirection extension to Group
policy which is supposed to be located under User
Configuration in the Group Policy console tree.

I run gpedit.msc from the start menu and this displays
group poicy - I look under user configuration, then
under Windows setting and help says that I should see
Folder Redirection but it is not. I have also tried using
the group policy snap-in under MMC but with the same
outcome. I am running Windows XP pro in a workgroup
network and wish to set local computer policy for all
users on this PC.

You're looking in the wrong spot:

Start/Run: GPEDIT.msc [ENTER]

Navigate to:
User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components /
Microsoft Management Console / Group Policy

....and look at the two folders below it.
