Group Policy Setup For Users On XP Pro Local Machine.

How do I use the Group Policy editor (gpedit.msc) to setup policies on newly
created group on Windows XP Pro Local Machine? I can create new groups and
assign users to them, but can only seem to modify the 'Local Group' which in
turn affects ALL users (including the Administrator!)Both MMC and GPEDIT dont
give me a tab to select and set policy restrictions for a new group IE: I
create a group in MMC called "Secure Users" and add users to that group. What
I can't do is find anyway of setting the policys to affect that group. Like
for instance if I want users to be able to access control panel and the 'Run'
command, but not the 'Guest' user, or any secure users, I would want to take
user 'Guest' and any other users I want and setup a group policy for them so
that normal users in the 'Users' group DO get the Control Panel, and Run
command, but any users I add to the 'Secure Users' group do not get these
features. Will someone please tell me how I assign these policys to a newly
created group. Remember, this is on a standalone Local Machine, and not a
network domain.
