Is there any tool or any ways to setup local workstation (not connected
to the domain/active directory) with a sets of group policy dedicated
to each groups. However, each set of group policy cannot will only be
applied to one local user groups only. It would not affect the other
local user groups.

Thank You for getting interested on my topic.
I would like to thank the ones that has replied. All your replies are

So, would the settings back to default if the profile at ?:\Documents
and Settings has been erased?

These are per-user settings. Deleting the user profile is the same as deleting the user, and their settings and customizations.

so is there a tool, settings or any possiblity that I can use/perform
so that the settings I had adhere to the account would not be reset
when I have deleted their profiles to save my hard disk space for other
accounts to logon as my hard disk size is too low.

So do you know any other tools or ways of settings to configure it so
that it would not affect the settings when the profile is deleted
because my hard disk space is so low that it cannot fit all the ten
account profiles at my home computer.

You could apply the settings to the default user. That way when the accounts are recreated, the settings will automatically be applied to them. Other than that, not really.

You could try this article, as long as you're making the users Limited users when you recreate the account.

How to apply local policies to all users except administrators in a workgroup setting in Windows 2000

This assumes you're running XP Pro, where GPEDIT is available.

so you mean no other tools can be put into good use for my scenario.
How about modifying GPMC? Is that possible? How about ither tools like
syspro Pol man?
