Group Policy Preview Pane / Disable

Hallo.
We want to lock all Outlook clients from the option
Preview Panel. In the group policy preview panel is
disabled, but the users can still enable it. How do I
look these options for the users?
Client Winxp, Office 2002

You can't. Why would you want this anyway? (and please don't start about
virusses as Outlook 2002 security won't allow automatic execution of any
scripts)
