Group Policy Document

I had seen an excel spreadsheet or something like that
for documenting your GPO. I don't remember where it was
and now I can't find it anymore. Does anyone know where
it is or where I can get it?

Best bet for documenting your GPO's is to use GPMC's reporting capabilities.
