Group e-mails in Outlook 2003

I manage a team that all need access to e-mails sent from individual
addresses, but will probably not want to provide open access to all users. Is
there a a way to set up a group e-mail address that can be accessed by all,
and which replies can be directed to? If so, how can I do it?

Dear Tuxedo 4910,

are you using Exchange Server or single Outlook installations on the
clients?

Without Exchange you could try an IMAP account as a "shared inbox":

Another idea could be a 3rd party tool which can share PST files /shared
inbox. The clients can share all the central incomming emails and they can
answer this emails.

email account in a central public inbox?)"
