group calendar?

I have one assistant for three department heads and the president of
the company. She would like to be able to combine all for calendars
into one that she can add/delete/modify appointments. she also wants
to update their individual calendars automatically when she
adds/deletes/modifies the combine calendar. We are a win2k sp3,
office 2k sp3 native enviroment. Is this possible? If so, can any
tell how or point me to the right resource.
