Issues I've never seen. I removed the Novell client off of a Windows XP
machine and now when it boots up I cam getting a login box that is grey and
it says in text "Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to logon" It is not the standard logon
screen. Anyone seen this/know what to do?

That's the standard logon screen for computers that connect to a
domain, and it's an option for computers that connect to a workgroup.

To change to the Welcome screen:

1. Go to Control Panel | User Accounts.
2. Click "Change the way users log on or off".
3. Put check marks in both boxes.
4. Click "Apply Options".

No it's not. I am an MCSE, this is not the standard logon screen. As I
said in the post, it is a grey square logon box, that says in TEXT "Press
CTRL+ALT+DELETE to log on", there is no Windows logo, nothing but a greay
box with text and it never has a place for username and password.

I have since figured out the problem, in the advanced settings in My Network
Places under provider order, Terminal Services was listed before Microsoft
Networks. Once I changed it, it went back to the normal correct Windows
domain login screen.
