Please help - Network Login screen

We have a Win 2k Server with XP home edition clients.
How do I make the network login screen appear when the PC
is booted up and prior to windows logon (or even
sychronized with the win logon as in Novell) so the drive
mappings will reconnect at logon?

I want users to be prompted to login to the network when
the machine is turned on.

We have mapped drives to the network on each PC and
chosen
to reconnect at logon, but the message appears at start
up
that drive mappings could not be reconnected, because
until we try to access a resource on the network, the
user
is not prompted for a network id and password.

You Can't... you need WinXP Professional to log onto a
Domain... Home will only alow workgroups of up to 5
computers.
