Can't Login with Ctrl Alt Del

My OS is XP SP2, which has software updates. Client is on Novell network
using Netware 4.91 client. As part of trouble shooting another issue, I
uninstalled Netware Client. Now I have ctrl-alt -del at login, but after
pressing keys I do not receive a login dialog box. It just brings back the
ctrl-alt -del prompt.

Since it will not give me access to the desktop, how can I bypass
ctrl-alt-del to get to the desktop?
Thanks for your consideration.

Very bad news for you, I fear ... when you removed the Novell client you
also removed the NWGINA.DLL logon file. Novell's uninstall does not restore
the MSGINA.DLL logon file so you can't log onto the PC at all. You may be
able to fix this with a repair install of Windows, with a little luck.
